Early in the agenda was a special recognition of a trio of Central Bucks students for their involvement in the 9/11 Heroes Run.     Eighteen young people were presented with the 2012 Young Heroes Award at the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia on Thursday, August 9. Among the recipients of the award was Doylestown's own Heidi Wortell.
